EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT ACT 2005 - SECT 88

88 .         Impersonation of hazard management officer or authorised officer

                A person must not falsely represent, by words or conduct, that the person is a hazard management officer or an authorised officer.

        Penalty: a fine of $50 000.
