(1) The Minister may
approve the payment to an emergency management agency of expenses that are
—
(a)
incurred by the emergency management agency in implementing emergency
management during an emergency situation or a state of emergency in accordance
with this Act; and
(b) not
otherwise payable out of moneys provided by Parliament for that purpose.
(2) The Consolidated
Account is charged with the payment of any expenses that are approved under
subsection (1) and is appropriated accordingly.
