EVAPORITES (LAKE MACLEOD) AGREEMENT ACT 1967 - SECT 4

4 .         Provisions of certain Acts not to apply

        (1)         Section 96 of the Public Works Act 1902 does not apply to any railway constructed by the Company pursuant to the Agreement.

        (2)         The provisions of section 277(5) of the Mining Act 1904 ² do not apply to any renewal of the rights of occupancy granted pursuant to paragraph (a) of clause 2 of the Agreement.
