The court by or before
which a person is convicted of an offence under this Act may, whether or not
it imposes any other punishment, order that the person convicted pay the
reasonable costs of and incidental to any measurement, analysis, or other
matter undertaken by or on behalf of the prosecution towards the investigation
of the offence and the giving of evidence in relation thereto, and may make
such order as to those costs as the court thinks just.
