Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) A contravention of
this Act shall attract no sanction or consequence, whether criminal or civil,
except to the extent expressly provided by this Act or the
State Administrative Tribunal Act 2004 .
(2) Nothing in
subsection (1) prevents an action for defamation.
