Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) For the purposes
of this Part, a person has a gender history if the person identifies as a
member of the opposite sex by living, or seeking to live, as a member of the
opposite sex.
(2) In subsection (1)

opposite sex means a sex of which the person was
not a member at birth.
