(1) Nothing in this
Act renders it unlawful for a voluntary body to discriminate against a person,
on any one or more of the grounds of discrimination referred to in this Act,
in connection with —
(a) the
admission of persons as members of the body; or
(b) the
provision of benefits, facilities or services to members of the body.
(2) Subsection (1)
does not apply to discrimination on the ground of impairment or age by a
voluntary body that is an incorporated association.
