shall, as soon as possible after the day of the coming into operation of this
section, undertake a review of —
(a) the
written law of the State; and
(b)
governmental policies and practices; and
(c) the
policies and practices of all superannuation funds and pension schemes whether
governmental or otherwise,
with a view to
identifying circumstances where discrimination on a ground referred to in this
Act occurs, in substance or effect, against any person or class of persons and
shall furnish a report of the findings of the review to the Minister.
