(1) The person
presiding at a compulsory conference held under this Division may require a
person attending the conference to produce a document.
(2) A conference under
this Division shall be held in private and, subject to this Act, shall be
conducted in such manner as the person presiding at the conference thinks fit.
(3) Subject to
subsection (4), a body of persons, whether corporate or unincorporate, that is
directed under section 87 to attend a conference shall be deemed to attend if
an officer or employee of that body attends on behalf of that body.
(4) Except with the
consent of the person presiding at a conference under this Division —
(a) a
natural person is not entitled to be represented at the conference by another
person; and
(b) a
body of persons, whether corporate or unincorporate, is not entitled to be
represented at the conference by a person other than an officer or employee of
that body.
