The court by or before
which a person is convicted of an offence under this Act may, whether or not
it imposes any other punishment, order that the person convicted pay the
reasonable costs of and incidental to any inspection, measurement, test,
analysis or other action made or taken by or on behalf of the prosecution
towards the investigation of the offence and the giving of evidence relating
thereto, and may make such order as that court thinks just as to those costs.
