Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts A person who discloses
any information relating to any manufacturing process or trade secret used in
carrying on or operating any particular undertaking or equipment that has been
furnished to the person or obtained by the person under this Act, or in
connection with the execution of this Act, unless the disclosure is made
—
(a) with
the consent of the person carrying on or operating that undertaking or
equipment; or
(b)
under or in connection with the execution of this Act; or
[(ba) deleted]
(c) with
the prior permission in writing of the Minister; or
(d) for
the purposes of any legal proceedings arising out of this Act or of any report
of such proceedings,
commits an offence.
