Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) The Authority may
from time to time —
(a) draw
up administrative procedures for the purposes of this Act and in particular
for the purpose of establishing the principles and practices of environmental
impact assessment; and
(b)
amend or revoke administrative procedures drawn up under this section; and
(c)
publish in the Gazette any administrative procedures drawn up under this
section and any amendment or revocation of those administrative procedures.
(2) If there is an
inconsistency between administrative procedures drawn up under this section
and regulations made under item 34 of Schedule 2, those regulations shall
prevail to the extent of that inconsistency.
