existing application means an application for the
amendment, surrender or transfer of a licence (the licence ) made under the
former provisions that has neither been withdrawn nor finally determined
before the commencement.
(2) Without limiting
section 133G(1) and (2), those provisions apply in relation to an existing
application.
(3) If an existing
application has neither been withdrawn nor finally determined before the time
at which the licence becomes a new licence under section 133G(4), the existing
application has effect from that time as if it were an application under the
new provisions for the amendment, surrender or transfer of the new licence as
the case requires.
