commencement means the coming into operation of
section 6 of the amending Act.
(2) Subject to this
Act —
(a) a
person holding office as Chairman of the Authority immediately before the
commencement holds office after the commencement as Chair of the Authority;
and
(b) a
person holding office as Deputy Chairman of the Authority immediately before
the commencement holds office after the commencement as Deputy Chair of the
Authority.
