Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) The Minister must
cause a copy of the expectation statement to be laid before each House of
Parliament within 9 sitting days of that House after the day on which the
expectation statement is issued under section 21B(1).
(2) If the expectation
statement is reissued under section 21C(1)(b), the Minister must cause a copy
of the reissued expectation statement to be laid before each House of
Parliament within 9 sitting days of that House after the day on which the
expectation statement is reissued.
