Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) The holder of a
clearing permit who contravenes a condition to which the permit is subject
commits an offence.
(2) If a clearing
permit is subject to a condition referred to in section 51I(2)(ca), a
reference in this Division to a contravention of a condition includes a
reference to a contravention of the environmental undertaking given or entered
into by the permit holder.
