(1) The CEO may revoke
or suspend a clearing permit.
(2) The grounds for
revocation or suspension of a clearing permit are that —
(a) the
CEO is satisfied that there has been a contravention of any of the conditions
to which the clearing permit is subject; or
(b)
where a person has become the holder of the clearing permit by operation of
section 51N, the CEO is satisfied that the person is unwilling or unable to
comply with the conditions to which the permit is subject; or
(c)
information contained in or supporting the application was false or misleading
in a material respect.
