Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) If any thing is
seized under this Act and a person to whom the thing can be returned under
section 92C cannot be found, the CEO is to give notice in the prescribed
manner that the thing is being held by the Department and may be claimed by
its owner.
(2) If after the
expiration of 3 months from the day on which notice has been given under
subsection (1) the thing has not been claimed by its owner the thing is
forfeited to the Crown.
