designated person , in section 99K, 99M or 99N,
means a person appointed under section 99I to be a designated person for the
purposes of the section in which the term is used;
infringement notice offence means a Tier 3
offence, or an offence against the regulations, that is prescribed by the
regulations for the purposes of this Division.
