Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) An individual who
is convicted of an offence under a section specified in —
(a)
column 2 of Division 1 of Part 1 of Schedule 1; or
(b)
column 2 of Division 1 of Part 2 of Schedule 1,
is liable to a penalty
not exceeding the penalty specified opposite to that section in column 3 of
that Division.
(2) A body corporate
which is convicted of an offence under a section specified in —
(a)
column 2 of Division 2 of Part 1 of Schedule 1; or
(b)
column 2 of Division 2 of Part 2 of Schedule 1,
is liable to a penalty
not exceeding the penalty specified opposite to that section in column 3 of
that Division.
(3) A person, being
either an individual or a body corporate, who or which is convicted of an
offence under a section specified in —
(a)
column 2 of Division 3 of Part 2 of Schedule 1; or
(b)
column 2 of Part 3 of Schedule 1,
is liable to a penalty
not exceeding the penalty specified opposite to that section in column 3 of
that Division or Part.
