Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) Where a body
corporate is convicted of an offence against this Act every director and every
person concerned in the management of the body corporate is guilty of a like
offence if the act which constituted the offence took place with his or her
authority, permission or consent.
(2) Where an offence
is committed against this Act by a person who is the agent or servant of an
education service provider the education service provider is guilty of a like
offence unless the education service provider can prove that the offence was
committed without its knowledge and that it exercised all due diligence to
prevent the commission of the offence.
