Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) The Court consists
of —
(a) the
Chief Judge; and
(b) the
other judges appointed under section 11; and
(c)
acting judges appointed under section 21 or 22.
(2) The jurisdiction
of the Court is exercisable by one judge who may sit and exercise the
jurisdiction of the Court at the same time as any other Court constituted by a
judge is sitting and exercising the jurisdiction of the Court.
(3) Sittings of the
Court are to be held from time to time as required.
