FAMILY COURT ACT 1997 - SECT 100

100 .         Situation to which Subdivision applies — FLA s. 65R

                This Subdivision applies if a person —

            (a)         is arrested under a warrant issued under section 99(2); or

            (b)         is arrested without warrant under a recovery order.
