Subdivision —
parenting order to which this Subdivision applies
means a parenting order to the extent to which it provides, or would provide,
that —
(a) a
child is to live with a person; or
(b) a
child is to spend time with a person; or
(c) a
child is to communicate with a person; or
(d) a
person is to have parental responsibility for a child.
(2) For the purposes
of this Subdivision, if an appeal against a decision of a court in proceedings
has been instituted and is pending, the proceedings are to be treated as
pending and sections 108 and 110 (rather than sections 107 and 109) apply.
