(1) A location order
is an order made by a court requiring —
(a) a
person to provide the registrar with information that the person has or
obtains about the child’s location; or
(b) the
principal officer of a State entity or the person who holds an office or
position specified in the order in, or in relation to, the State entity, to
provide the registrar with information about the child’s location that
is contained in or comes into the records of the State entity.
(2) A State
information order is a location order described in subsection (1)(b).
