183 .         What this Division does — FLA s. 69A

                This Division deals with —

            (a)         the institution of proceedings (Subdivision 2); and

            (b)         presumptions of parentage (Subdivision 3); and

            (c)         parentage evidence (Subdivision 4); and

            (d)         jurisdiction in relation to child welfare laws (Subdivision 5).
