Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts Despite anything
contained in any other provision of this Division, this Division does not
apply in respect of a contravention, committed before this Division commences,
of an order under this Act affecting children if a court made an order, in
respect of that contravention before this Division commences, under this Act
as previously in force.
