federal jurisdiction of the Family Court of Western Australia, and of the
courts of summary jurisdiction referred to in section 38, the appeal
provisions of the Family Law Act, the Federal Circuit and Family Court of
Australia Act 2021 (Commonwealth) and the Bankruptcy Act apply.
