Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts In respect of the
federal jurisdiction of the Court, the officers of the Court and the other
persons appointed for the purposes of this Act have such functions as are
authorised by or under the Family Law Act or any other Commonwealth Act and
any subsidiary legislation in force under such an Act, or as are provided for
under this Act.
