Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) The Public
Advocate shall, as soon as is practicable in each year but not later than 30
September, prepare and deliver to the Minister a report on the performance of
his functions during the year which ended on the preceding 30 June.
(2) The Minister shall
cause the report received under subsection (1) to be laid before each House of
Parliament within 14 sitting days of that House after such receipt.
