(1) Notwithstanding
any rule of law to the contrary or anything in this Act, an enduring power of
attorney that is in force is not affected by the subsequent legal incapacity
of the donor of the power.
(2) An act done under
an enduring power of attorney that is in force by the donee of the power
during a period of legal incapacity of the donor is as effective as if the
donor were of full legal capacity.
