GUARDIANSHIP AND ADMINISTRATION ACT 1990 - SECT 110P
110P . Making
advance health directive
A person who has
reached 18 years of age and has full legal capacity may make an advance health
directive containing treatment decisions in respect of the person’s
future treatment.
