(1) A treatment
decision in an advance health directive is invalid if the treatment decision
—
(a) is
not made voluntarily; or
(b) is
made as a result of inducement or coercion.
(2) A treatment
decision in an advance health directive is invalid if, at the time the
directive is made, its maker does not understand —
(a) the
nature of the treatment decision; or
(b) the
consequences of making the treatment decision.
