Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts A decision of the
State Administrative Tribunal under Division 3 Subdivision 2 in relation to
the performance of an abortion on a person referred to in section 110ZLA(1)
has effect as if —
(a) it
were a treatment decision made by the person in respect of the performance of
the abortion on the person; and
(b) the
person were of full legal capacity.
