Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) A person, other
than a member of the State Administrative Tribunal, who performs any function
under this Act, or under an order of the Tribunal, is not personally liable
for any act done by him in the performance or purported performance of his
functions unless the act was done, dishonestly, in bad faith or without
reasonable cause.
