Court means a single judge of the Supreme Court or
the Court of Appeal, as the case requires.
(2) Where under this
Division the Court varies a determination of the State Administrative Tribunal
or substitutes its determination for that of the Tribunal, the determination
of the Court has effect for the purposes of this Act (other than this
Division) as if it were a determination of the Tribunal.
