Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts An action taken,
decision made, consent given or refused, document executed or thing done by a
guardian in the performance of the functions vested in him has effect as if it
had been taken, made, given, refused, executed or done by the represented
person and he were of full legal capacity.
