Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) In this Act,
unless the contrary intention appears —
the Agreement means the Goldfields Gas Pipeline
Agreement, a copy of which is set out in Schedule 1, and includes that
agreement as varied from time to time in accordance with its provisions.
(2) If the Agreement,
as set out in Schedule 1, is varied by a further agreement in accordance with
its provisions, the Governor may, by order published in the Gazette , amend
this Act to such extent as is necessary to insert in the Act a schedule
setting out a copy of the further agreement.
