Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) This Part does not
limit the operation of the Interpretation Act 1984 except to the extent
provided for by this section.
(2) The provisions of
Divisions 3 and 4 and of regulations made for the purposes of this Part
prevail over the provisions of the Interpretation Act 1984 to the extent of
any inconsistency.
