Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) This section
applies to an act, matter or thing done under or for the purposes of an old
provision before commencement day by a person, to the extent to which that
act, matter or thing has any force or significance on and after commencement
day.
(2) If there is a new
provision that corresponds to the old provision in relation to the act, matter
or thing then, on and after commencement day the act, matter or thing is taken
to have been done by the person under or for the purposes of the new
provision.
