134. Laying documents before Parliament not
sitting
If a provision of this
Act requires the Minister to cause a document to be laid before a House of
Parliament and the House is not sitting, the GTE Act section 159 applies as if
the reference in that section to a provision of the GTE Act were a reference
to the provision of this Act.
