278 .         Section 4 amended

        (1)         In section 4(1) delete the definitions of:

alternate director

board

chairperson

chief executive officer

committee

Corporations Act

director

executive officer

member of staff

subsidiary

Treasurer

        (2)         In section 4(1) insert in alphabetical order:

        GTE Act means the Government Trading Enterprises Act 2023 ;

        (3)         In section 4(1) in the definition of public authority delete “utility;” and insert:

                utility.

        (4)         Delete section 4(2).
