GOVERNMENT TRADING ENTERPRISES ACT 2023 - SECT 8

8 .         GTE’s functions

                A GTE’s functions are —

            (a)         the functions conferred on it under its Establishing Act; and

            (b)         any other functions conferred on it under this Act or another written law.
