Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) The local
government may delegate to its CEO the exercise of any of its powers or the
discharge of any of its duties under another provision of this Part.
(2) A delegation under
this section is to be in writing and may be general or as otherwise provided
in the instrument of delegation.
(3) A decision to
delegate under this section is to be made by an absolute majority.
