Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts In this Act —
graffiti means any drawing, writing, painting,
symbol or mark applied to or marked on property by —
(a)
spraying, writing, drawing, marking or otherwise applying paint or another
marking substance; or
(b)
scratching or etching;
owner , of land, means a person who is an owner of
the land within the meaning given in the Local Government Act 1995
section 1.4.
