Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) The provisions of
sections 21 and 22 apply only to or in respect of a contract of insurance of
goods (whether or not the contract includes any other class of insurance)
where the premium or other sum payable for the cover given by the contract of
insurance, or any part of that premium or sum, was included as part of the
total amount payable for the goods comprised in a hire-purchase agreement.
(2) The provisions of
this Part have effect notwithstanding anything contained in any other Act.
