HEALTH AND DISABILITY SERVICES (COMPLAINTS) ACT 1995 - SECT 24
24 . Time limit
for complaints
The Director must
reject a complaint about an incident which occurred more than 24 months before
the complaint is made unless in the Director’s opinion the person who
made the complaint has shown good reason for the delay.
