If a complaint, or an
element of a complaint, is being dealt with by a National Board under the
Health Practitioner Regulation National Law (Western Australia) section 150,
the Director must within 28 days of the Board beginning to so deal with it
notify the user or the person who complained to the Director that the Board is
dealing with it.
