(1) If a conciliator
recommends that the Director should not investigate a complaint, the Director
must not —
(a)
investigate the complaint; or
(b)
refer it again for conciliation; or
(c) deal
with it in any other way authorised by this Act,
unless asked to do so
by the person who made the complaint.
(2) If a conciliator
makes no recommendation about a complaint or recommends that the Director
should investigate the matter the Director may —
(a)
investigate the complaint; or
(b)
refer it again for conciliation; or
(c) deal
with it in any other way authorised by this Act.
