(1) The Director must,
by order, vary an interim prohibition order if the Director is satisfied that
the restrictions contained in the interim prohibition order should be reduced.
(2) The order must
specify the following —
(a) the
name of the person to whom it relates;
(b) when
the variation of the interim prohibition order takes effect under subsection
(4);
(c) the
nature of the variation.
(3) As soon as
possible after making the order, the Director must give written notice of the
order to the person to whom it relates.
(4) The order takes
effect on the day on which notice of the order is given to the person to whom
it relates.
